Shipping & Delivery
We aim to package and ship deliveries within 3-5 days of receiving an order. There may be some exceptions where this may take slightly longer (it is a one-person business!) but every effort will be made. Products with be packed securely and sent with tracking in most cases. There is free local delivery available in the Glasgow area.

Refunds & Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase and that the process of getting your artwork to you runs smoothly, however, we understand there are sometimes a few hiccups. Please contact H. Scott Designs via the "Contact & Requests" section and we'll try to resolve any issues.
